Over the years, I’ve developed dozens of food and drink recipes for catering at events, in our wine bar, and for blogs and social media.
These individual Coconut Banana Cream Pie Parfaits were developed and photographed for a tiki-tea style afternoon tea service at Social House.
Honey and cinnamon-soaked graham crumbs were topped with a layer of housemade coconut-vanilla pudding, sliced bananas, a decadent dollop of banana cream, and finished with a sprinkling of toasted coconut and graham crumbs.
