Before you book, please note:
- No pets.
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
- No parties, gatherings, events or shoots.
- Max occupancy of 6 guests, including children.
- There are three security cameras outside this home: a video doorbell at front door, camera facing the side gate, and one facing the back doors. They will be on but only monitored at check-in (to confirm guest identity and count) or if there is an issue reported to us.
- This is a downtown location next to the city park, close to the main street. You will hear some traffic noise and small city activity. You may also hear music during occasional summer events at the park.
- Cancellation Policy: Full refund less 3.5% credit card processing fee more than 60 days before arrival; 50% refund within 60 to 30 days before arrival; no refund within 30 days of arrival.
- Check-in is after 4PM and check-out by 11AM.
- Security deposit of $1,500 and photo of legal identification are required to confirm booking.
