- Check-in is anytime after 4PM and check-out by 11AM
- Cancellation Policy: 100% refund less $50 booking fee more than 60 days before arrival; 50% refund within 60 to 30 days before arrival; no refund within 30 days of arrival.
- Security deposit of $300 and photo of legal identification required to confirm booking
